Lunch time....
Waiting for the bummers to have lunch, and besides me, the gals are toking about the up and coming election.... ah... Gals... "nag nag nag" Poof....
Shitz... can't seem to concentrate on bloggin... cuz the gal besides me is relli loud... as if it's her home eh... for christ's sake! u are in da office.... I serioulsy dun understand why is it that people can be so loud in a conducive environemtn such as the office... library... etc. Have they got no basic courtesy at all? well... Quite a turn off really...
Fried rice for lunch!!!!!!!
I've decided to increase my intake of protein by bringing a piece of chicken chop to work every lunch and to top it off, i will include 5 egg whites and 1 egg yolk. pasta will be my staple food unless i am sick of it, then i shall resort to have rice.
Blah blah blah.. they are still conversing loudly...
Do you know that you can prepare scramble eggs (oil free)!?!?!
haha! lemme teach you how to do it, da DALTON way
Scram-dal eggs
1. First, preapre the number of eggs u need say in this case i'm preparing my meals... i will have 5 egg whites and 1 egg yok.
2. Blend them well and add a pinch of salt and pepper for taste.
3. Add in skim milk to the mixture (depends on how milky u want it to be)
4. Simply place the mixture in a microwavable plate and cook it
5. Here's the trick, stop the microwave every 20-30 seconds and scrambled it before it thickens
6. Repeat the process for about 4~5 times.
7. Stop the cooking before it is fully cooked. A well prepared scramble eggs should not be too dry and should be a little moist so that u can feel it melt in ya mouth... Hmm Hmm Hmm...
There you go! Scrambled eggs, the dalton way.

HA! Just came back from TKD training not too long ago. Surprisingly today's training wasn;t as tough and tiring as the last few ones... perhaps it's due to the fact that grading is this sunday... so they dun wanna tire us out. Hmm... i woke up at 2.00 pm today... pig aight? For the past few nights, i've been trying to sleep early, cause i dun wanna screw my body clock... however, all these trying aint of much help... i slept at 5 am yesterday... But i dun mind, cuz i get to chat with Ylva... lol. She's a hottie.
Well! I was kinda bored just now... so i took some pics of my room.... here is the pic of my collection of all the liqors i own... eh.. somebody! Help mi finish it.. lol
notice the lighting effect, as if there's a natural glow from the back of the bottles... HALLELUJAH!!!!!!!!!! That's the kinda image that these bottles of "gold" will be formed in the mind of a drunkard... Hell yeah... I'm not one... (f.y.i)

It had been a wunderful end to 2005, and a fantastic start to 2006 for me!
I've thoroughly enjoyed this week and i dare to say it has been one of my best week in a long long time .=)

It all started with the reunion of the cockster. Once again, the batch of 2000 graduates from ACJC band members met again this year. Where? At AC itself! WHoOO. People who attended the party...

AND of cuz the rest of the band guys (other than our batch). This was indeed a reunion/ chrsitmas gathering for us. Later that evening we made out way to Holland Village for supper at crystal jade. Yupz! lovely stuff.
31st December 2005
HAHAH! This year like any others, i counted down into the new year with my best pal. Ben. This time round, we were at the heart of the crowd, at Benjamin Sheares Bridge. Our initial plan was to to capture a shot of the fireworks display at the stoke of midnight. However, the plan was foiled because there were simply too many people at the bridge... Sianz... We couldn;t get a nice spot for the photo taking... In the end.. i decided to record down the whole show in video form... hahah BOY AM I GLAD I DID THAT!
After the countdown, we decided to walk to fetech the car....
yeah we walked... for a dist of 5Km... MAN! Oh well.. we then joined the chuas and gohs at crystal jade (again). Hahah we had a feast! Yupz. And to sum it up, we chilled at leen's place, where we indulge ourselves to a few games of bridge. Heeh.
